General Overview:

The SIGMA Focal Circle Loyalty Program ("Program") is offered by Sigma India ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to customers who purchase Sigma products. By enrolling in the Program, members agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility:

The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

• Membership is limited to individuals and is not open to corporations or entities.
• Employees of Sigma India and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Enrollment:

• Customers can enroll in the Program via the official Sigma India’s website.
• Members must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each individual is limited to one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

Earning Points:

• Members will earn points based on the predefined criteria set by the brand. The allocation of points will be determined solely by the brand’s established guidelines and may be subject to periodic revisions at the brand's discretion.

Point Expiration:

• Points are valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
• Unused points will automatically expire at the end of the validity period.

Reward Tiers:

• Every customer can register for Bronze tier as soon as they buy a Sigma product

If a customer crosses 10,000 points, they move to Silver tier If a customer crosses 50,000 points, the move to Gold tier

Redeeming Points:

• The points can be redeemed for goodies
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash
• Once points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Account Management:

• Members can check their points balance, rewards, and tier status through the Sigma website
• It is the member’s responsibility to keep their account information up-to-date

Program Changes and Termination:

• Sigma India reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice
• In the event of program termination, members will have 90 days to redeem their points before they become void

Fraud and Misuse:

• Any fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program (including false referrals or fake social engagement) will result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all points.
• Sigma reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

Data Privacy:

• By joining the Program, members consent to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with Sigma’s Privacy Policy. Data collected will be used for account management, marketing communications, and improving customer experience.

Limitation of Liability:

• Sigma India is not responsible for any errors in points calculation or redemption.
• The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Program.

Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program will be resolved in the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
